its potentially dangerous of course, because you are getting fat taken out of you so quickly and no to mention large amount all at once. Ask a doctor about it

there are certain things during every surgery that there are precuations to, overdose of “sleepy gas” and stuff, but that only happens in a once in a while

There are risks. Sometimes there is excessive bleeding and on rare occasions people have died. But if you go to a reputable clinic the risks are pretty small.
